Group

Group therapy is where isolation ends—where strangers become mirrors, and the courage of one unlocks the healing of many.

Group therapy offers a uniquely powerful and transformative experience  for healing and growth—one that cannot be replicated in individual work alone.  In the presence of others and with agreed upon conditions of confidentiality,

individuals begin to see that they are not alone in their struggles navigating similar emotional terrain.  This shared vulnerability creates a sense of connection and belonging that is both grounding and transformative.

The group becomes a living laboratory for relationships, where members can observe their interpersonal patterns in real time, receive honest feedback, and practice new ways of relating in a safe, supportive setting.  As trust builds, defenses soften, and deeper truths begin to emerge—often more quickly than in one-on-one therapy.

My sessions guide the group process with intention, helping participants move beyond surface-level conversation and into the deeper emotional work necessary for lasting change.  These groups are divided by gender to allow participants to drop deeper into the work—without the distraction or performance that sometimes arises in mixed settings.  Over time, these spaces cultivate clarity, emotional maturity, and a stronger sense of self.  The insights gained in group therapy ripple outward, improving relationships at home, at work, and socially.  In this prescribed setting, healing is not only possible—it’s accelerated.
