Dr. Mark L. Brenner is one of the most respected Marriage and Family Therapists and parenting experts in the field of early childhood development, adolescence, and high-conflict family issues. He is renowned for his transformative work with couples and families, helping them master the emotional tools that drive lasting change, rebuild trust, and create deeper connections not only between family members, but socially too.

Affectionately known as “The Family Whisperer,” Dr. Brenner is among the few licensed therapists who also makes house calls, not as a passive observer, but as a natural participant modeling the behaviors parents want to see. He is a thought leader and educator committed to transforming parent–child dynamics through evidence- based principles. Dr. Brenner has authored many influential books and contributed to national parenting curriculums, including for the Rohr Jewish Learning Institute, and is included among the 100 experts in the Random House series, Experts Guide to the Baby Years.

Dr. Brenner collaborates extensively with both private and public schools, offering lectures on a broad spectrum of behavioral topics. His expertise also extends to the art of elevated business travel, as explored in his sought after book Tipping for Success, which offer secret strategies for receiving celebrity-style service. Dr. Brenner has taught at the post graduate level and is currently an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University.
